ST. IGNACE JOB FAIR TO BE HELD APRIL 22

Job Seekers of all ages are invited to attend the St. Ignace Job Fair.  Over twenty businesses will be available for individuals seeking work to talk to. Opportunities exist for part-time, full-time, year-round and seasonal employment.

Businesses wishing to participate can pre-register by calling the St. Ignace Chamber of Commerce at 906-643-8717 or Michigan Works! at 906-643-8158. Tables are free but pre-registration is required to ensure adequate space.

Individuals seeking work interested in attending the job fair do not need to pre-register. Individuals are encouraged to come prepared with the information necessary to fill out applications, share their resume and talk with staff from participating businesses.

Staff from Michigan Works! will also be on hand to assist people with services available through their office.

The St. Ignace Job Fair is sponsored by the St. Ignace Chamber of Commerce, Michigan Works!, MSU Extension – Mackinac County, St. Ignace Area Schools, St. Ignace Downtown Development Authority and Consolidated Community Schools Services.
