St. Ignace Fish Feast & Mackinac Bridge Celebration!

Join us at the St. Ignace Municipal Marina, downtown St. Ignace, on Saturday, July 26th, for the 2nd Annual St. Ignace Fish Feast & Mackinac Bridge Celebration!  The St. Ignace Fish Feast is known as the "King of the Great Lakes Fish Fry".

We have something for everyone!  Read on to see what's happening in this fun-filled day!

We will also be welcoming the 'Pride of Baltimore II' to our harbor for the weekend!  Sails/deck tours will be available from Friday, July 25th, through Sunday, July 27th.  Click here for more information on the 'Pride of Baltimore II'.

Pride of Baltimore II deck tours will be available from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Other events begin at 4:00 p.m., and include:

  • Sampling Area Fish Delicacies
  • Beer & Wine Tent
  • Dunk Tank
  • Bounce House
  • Live Trout Fishing Pond
  • Gyotaku T-Shirt Booth - make and take home your own one-of-a-kind T-shirt! 
  • Artisan Booth
  • Larry Rubin 'Mighty Mac' Book Signing from 4:00-6:30 p.m. 
  • Live Musical Entertainment from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
  • Fireworks over the Straits of Mackinac at Dusk
  • Exhibits on board the Arnold Line Boat 'Ottawa', which will be docked at the marina, including:
    • Fort de Buade historical items
    • "50 Fabulous Years", a Powerpoint presentation where the Mackinac Bridge Chief Engineer will go through a historical perspective of the financing, construction, maintenance and future challenges of the Mackinac Bridge Authority.  This presentation will be given at 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
    • Bridge personnel will have commemorative bridge tokens available for sale.
    • Maintenance workers will be on hand to discuss their work in maintaining the Mackinac Bridge.
    • The Noble Odyssey Foundation - Mr. Luke Clyburn will show a DVD and answer questions of his discovery of the ancient underwater river and waterfalls between Mackinac Island and Round Island in 2007.  For more information, visit www.nobleodyssey.org
